1. No Returns on Perishable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and freshness concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any candy, food, or edible items once they have been delivered.


2. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Contains incorrect items

  • Has missing products

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we’ll require:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A picture of the packaging and shipping label

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer in case of COD orders.

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

  • For urgent cancellation requests, contact us immediately at support@mandystore.pk or via WhatsApp.
